Contact Card QR Code Generator
Let people scan your QR code to save your contact details. Add your name and any details you want to share, then customize and download your code.
No account needed. Yours to keep.
1. Add your content
Enter a first or last name. All other details are optional.
Starter templates & captions Ready-made styles and download frames
Apply a ready-made design. Your content stays unchanged.
Choose a frame to include your caption in downloads, copied images and print sheets. The selected size is the QR area; the frame adds space around it. Captions are saved with design presets.

Saved designs
Save colours, styles, frames, captions and your logo on this browser. Your encoded QR content is never included. Up to 10 designs; saving an existing name updates it.
Preset files include saved logos. Import adds designs without replacing existing ones; conflicting names are renamed. Maximum 10 designs in total.
Local project library
Save the complete content, design, frame, caption and print label on this browser. Up to 20 projects. Saving an existing name updates it. Projects are not uploaded or synced.
Content is stored unencrypted in this browser profile. This can include Wi-Fi passwords, contact details and event information. Anyone with access to this profile may be able to read it. Clearing site data removes your projects.
Scan advice & checks
Automatic verification checks a PNG copy against your intended content. Transparent images are checked on white. Test the final print or display with your phone too.

Share your contact details with a scan
Enter a first or last name, then add optional business, phone, email and address details. The generator creates a vCard 3.0 contact card, which compatible phone scanners can offer to save in their contacts app.
Download a QR image or contact file
Use PNG or JPG for everyday sharing, SVG for printing, or download the .vcf contact file directly. You can also print a labelled QR sheet using the print preview.
Your details stay on your device
Contact cards are generated in your browser. Saved design presets contain colours, styles and an optional logo; they do not save your contact fields. A QR code itself contains the details you enter, so include only information you want recipients to have.
Check before sharing
Scan your finished QR code with a phone and check that the contact details import as expected. Shorter contact cards produce simpler QR codes that are easier to scan at small sizes.
Build a card people can import
Prefer a public work number, a role email and a short website address. Avoid filling every field just because it is available. More text creates a denser QR, and address-book apps may interpret names, job titles or address fields differently.
For a team card, test one representative record on both the contact apps your recipients commonly use. Check the imported name order, phone number, email and website rather than relying only on the QR scan result.
Update printed cards when details change
The contact information is embedded in the image. Editing a saved project or downloading a new .vcf file does not change cards already distributed. Use a QR linking to a maintained profile page if you need a destination that can be updated later.
Saving a complete project stores the contact fields unencrypted in this browser; it is separate from saving a design. Do not save another person’s private details on a shared browser profile.
