Bulk QR Code Generator

Create up to 120 QR codes at once. Your content stays in your browser; images and ZIP files are generated on your device.

Single QR code generator

1. Add your content
2. Design your batch Saved styles, frames and captions

Save a design in the single QR generator, then reload this page to use it here. Colours, gradient, dot styles, corners and logo are applied. The image-size control can override the preset size. Bulk codes always use a generous automatic border instead of the preset margin.

Captions are included when a frame is selected. CSV labels used as image captions are limited to 60 characters; longer labels remain available on print sheets. Transparent backgrounds apply only to unframed images; framed artwork uses an opaque background.

3. Choose your files

How retries and cancellation work

Retries keep verified images, original row numbers and filenames. Corrections apply to this batch in memory, not to your source CSV. Changing the main generation settings starts a new batch.

Cancel stops the scan check and discards the image currently being prepared. Completed images remain available as a partial ZIP. Reports list every input row, filename and scan outcome, including errors and unprocessed rows; QR content is not included. A failed image does not stop the rest of the batch.

Print guidance & scan advice
Print-size guidance

This estimate uses the actual QR density and frame size, a 0.4 mm module target, and a 10:1 distance-to-symbol-width rule of thumb. It is a planning aid, not a scan guarantee. Artwork size includes the border, frame and caption. These settings do not resize downloaded files or print sheets.

QR printing reference: keep a four-module clear border.

Each generated image is automatically scanned and checked against its content. Transparent images are checked on white. Test your finished print or display with a phone too.

Ready. Enter one item per line.

Your batch

Your generated codes will appear here. Add content above and choose Generate QR codes to begin.

Prepare a batch you can check

Paste one item per line or import a UTF-8 CSV with a data header. A batch supports up to 120 records and CSV files up to 1 MB. Optional filename and label columns keep downloaded files and printed labels identifiable. Start with two or three representative records before processing the full list.

Reuse a design without losing the clear border

Save a design in the single generator, then reload this page to select it. Bulk output uses an automatic scanning border instead of the saved margin. Frames and captions increase the complete image dimensions; selecting transparent output does not make framed artwork transparent.

Read the outcomes before using the ZIP

The scan check compares each image’s decoded content with its intended data. A passed result does not test website availability, credentials or phone actions. Download the CSV report to identify errors and unverified rows; it omits QR payloads. Cancel keeps completed images available in a partial ZIP. Retry failed / unfinished rows to keep passed images while processing the remaining work.

Use Row to correct and Apply correction to this row for a batch-only edit, then retry. Correct your original spreadsheet separately. Changing generation settings starts a new batch and clears existing results, so download the files and report first.

Proof the final print

Choose PNG for sharp raster artwork or SVG when your layout tool supports vectors. JPG is available when required by your workflow; avoid repeated recompression. Preview A4 or US Letter sheets, check the physical size and scan a full-size proof. Test the densest code and longest caption, as well as the correspondence between each image and its label.

For a worked CSV example and repair workflow, read the bulk preparation guide. QR generation happens in this browser; leaving or reloading the page loses the current batch. Keep the source CSV and downloaded ZIP yourself.
